All orders must be fully paid in advance before processing. We do not accept partial payments or cash on delivery. Once payment is made, your order will be processed accordingly.

Customers are required to provide valid proof of the delivery address to ensure accurate shipment. Acceptable address proof documents include utility bills, lease agreements, or any other government-issued document verifying the address.

At the time of placing an order, customers must clearly specify the purpose of the order and the required materials. This ensures that the correct items are delivered without any discrepancies. Any changes to order specifications after confirmation may not be accommodated.

Orders once placed cannot be canceled. As we work on a 100% advance payment policy, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after payment is processed. Please review your order details carefully before making payment.

Modifications to an order after placement are subject to approval by Ram Prasad Sons. If modifications are possible, they may result in changes to pricing and delivery timelines. Customers are advised to confirm all details before finalizing the order.

Refunds are applicable only if the order has been shipped to an address and falls under one of the following conditions:

• The wrong item was shipped.
• The item received is damaged (proof required at the time of delivery).
• The order was not delivered due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed only after verification, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

To be eligible for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The request for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide photographic proof of damage or incorrect delivery.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable CGST/SGST and IGST.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We accept online payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other approved payment gateways.

For orders being shipped within India, payments will be accepted only in INR. Customers must ensure they use a valid Indian payment method.

If an international credit card is used for a domestic order, the transaction amount will be converted into INR before acceptance. Customers may incur currency conversion charges as per their credit card provider’s policy.

If payment is made using an international card or a foreign bank-issued card, customers are required to provide a government-issued photo identity proof to verify the transaction. Accepted ID proofs include:

• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Passport
• Voter Identification Card
• Postal Identification Card (Aadhar) Failure to provide valid identification may result in order cancellation or delay in processing.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in 1194/16, Keshav Market, Maliwada, Chandni Chowk, Delhi - 110006.
